AGY fruit durometer

Function:

The AGY series fruit hardness tester divide into  AGY-1, AGY-2, AGY-3 three kinds of types, Applied in test hardness of fruit, such as apple, pear, the watermelon, the banana etc. to judge the fruit mature degree, in favor of improved variety cultivation, pick time, process time, storage, export, traffic etc grasp reasonably. This instrument is small, light, read directly. It is convenient to carry, and especially suitable for all kinds of fruit site test fruit. It also can be used in matching test stand; can improve test accuracy, suitable for specialized examination department.

Principle:
Fruit hardness degree is refers to some fruit unit area (S) to withstand measured spring's pressure (N), their ratio defines as the fruit hardness degree (P).
P = N/SP- be measured fruit hardness degree value 105 Pa or (kg/cm2)
N- Spring presses on the fruit surface strength Newton or (kg)
